Jerakah Greene is a writer and educator from Tulsa, Oklahoma. After spending nearly seven years in New York City and Chicago bettering their craft, Jerakah has returned to Tulsa in order to contribute to its rapidly growing artistic landscape.

Jerakah holds an MFA in Creative Writing from The New School. Their fiction and essays are published in multiple literary magazines and they have received fellowships and residency support from PEN America, Lambda Literary, and Tulsa Service Year. Jerakah is first and foremost a writer. Their passion for Tulsa is what propels their creative practice, and they are excited to use their writing skills to uplift and advertise businesses and organizations across this great city.
