An innovator at heart, Cheena cultivates more than 29 years of business acumen to provide a creative and disciplined approach to her work. Experienced in public relations, integrated marketing and business operations, she works with both large and small brands in the non-profit, retail, start-up, corporate, education and government sectors. She is experienced in managing complex initiatives, and building, leading and supporting integrated teams. She is also an experienced crisis communicator with a background in transition management, mergers and acquisitions and litigation communications.

Cheena serves on the boards of the Tulsa Press Club and the Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance, and is a member of the Rogers State University Business Advisory Board and advisory board for her hometown Claremore Museum of History.

Outside of work, she loves to travel, spend time with family and her dogs.

Kaleigh has more than seven years of experience in the communications field, with expertise in the areas of account management, content creation, social media marketing and digital marketing. She has worked in the economic development, municipal government, and non-profit sectors during her professional career.

Kaleigh holds an MBA from Rogers State University and a Bachelor in Science in Agricultural Communications from Oklahoma State University.

Outside of the office, Kaleigh enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and volunteering in her local community.

Based in Oklahoma City, Krystal is an experienced marketing, media and public relations professional and owner of Konjo Concepts. She has also worked in Washington D.C. for a national trade association, luxury lifestyle publication and boutique public relations firm.

Krystal offers DEI consulting services to businesses and organizations looking to thoughtfully prioritize and infuse diversity and inclusivity into their footprint and operations. She also partners with entities serving underserved or minority populations seeking to streamline and connect broader audiences with their power, impact, messages and voice.

Krystal is an avid connector and supporter of community, culture and progress throughout Oklahoma; serving on the board of the Northeast OKC Renaissance, Let’s Fix This, Sally’s List and as a committee member for Oklahoma Contemporary.

Tammy Bradford has 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and support to Executives on all levels. She has worked in vendor procurement, and marketing projects, supporting the transition from project to operations, and developing and implementing performance metrics for projects and employees alike. 

In her free time, she is a mom, grandmother, and caregiver. She is passionate about helping people, so she also serves as a mentor and leader to people from all walks of life.

Born and raised in Tulsa, Aly is a dedicated multimedia graphic designer with nearly half a decade of experience in the field. Throughout their career, Aly has been instrumental in helping clients and brands achieve their full potential through a diverse range of skills and expertise. Specializing in motion design, branding, and web graphics, Aly thrives on creating innovative and visually striking solutions that align with the unique goals of their clients.

Aly's creative prowess is further exemplified by their achievements in design competitions and the honor of having their work featured in university exhibitions at the Gardiner Gallery of Art and the Edmon Low Library. Aly holds a BFA from Oklahoma State University and is passionate about their commitment to providing design services to the vibrant Tulsa community, further contributing to the city's creative landscape.
